Michelle has a strong interest in community development, and has had long term involvement with organisations such as the Community Fund (as Executive Officer), Shepparton Foodshare (Director), Shepparton Motor Museum (Director) and the Greater Shepparton Lighthouse Project (author of ‘Falling Through the Cracks’).

She holds a Bachelor of Business (RMIT) and is a graduate of the Fairley Leadership Program (2007).

Jacinta Russell

Jacinta’s interests lie in governance, public health and equitable access to health services in regional/rural Victoria, improving the recruitment and retention of professionals in the region, improving public health outcomes and giving back to our community. She holds a Bachelor of Science, Masters in Applied Microbiology (RMIT) and Graduate Certificate in Management. She is a graduate of the Fairley Leadership Program (2014).

Jacinta is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (2015).

Zara Milenkovic

Zara has worked in management and leadership positions for Goulburn-Murray Water since 2013.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management and Human Resources (Deakin University). She is also a graduate of the Australian School of Applied Management, and the Fairley Leadership Program (2012).

Anna McIntosh

Anna is Goulburn Valley ‘born and bred’ and has worked locally as an accountant and business adviser since 2001.

She currently works at MB+M where she specialises in Self-Managed Superannuation and Small Business Compliance and Tax Advice.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Commerce (La Trobe).

Board Directors

Anna Feldtmann

Anna moved to Australia from Sweden in 2007. She located to Shepparton as part of the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme.

She holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Stockholm University) and is a graduate of the Fairley Leadership Program (2012).

Anna is currently undertaking a Diploma of Leadership and Management.

Chris Hazelman

Chris is actively involved with a large number of community and sporting organisations.

He has served five times as Mayor of the City of Greater Shepparton.

Chris was also a Director of Goulburn Valley Health and was Senior Vice Chair, Chair of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Population and Primary Health Committee.

He holds a Masters in Business Administration and is a graduate of the Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government Senior Executives Program in Public Policy Development.

Chris Norman

Chris has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Goulburn Broken Catchment Management Authority (CMA) in Northern Victoria since 2009. The CMA is one of the largest Natural Resource Management bodies in Australia with a budget of over $60 million.

He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (University of Ballarat), Graduate Diploma of Rural Resource Management (La Trobe) and is a graduate of the Fairley Leadership Program (2001).

Chris also holds Diplomas in Frontline Management and Company Directors.

Kate Pendergast

Kate has over 30 years managerial and leadership experience. She has been an active participant in numerous state-wide and natural resource management projects aligned to contemporary human resource management.

She holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), Certificates in Training and Assessment and is an accredited Myers-Briggs Type Indicator trainer.
