Fairley Leadership is delighted to have Ross McPherson in the role of Patron, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise.
Fairley Leadership began in 1997 as a result of Ross participating in the Williamson Community Leadership Program (now known as Leadership Victoria) and former GOTAFE principal, Peter Ryan, participating in the Australian Rural Leadership Program. On their return, they gathered together a group of local business and community people interested in addressing the need for leadership across the region.
Ross McPherson is a well-known local businessperson. He is the Executive Chair and Editor-in-Chief of the McPherson Media Group, publisher of the Shepparton News and other regional titles.
